8.2 Account Closure. When your Account is closed — whether at your request or by the Company — your Personal Data is not immediately deleted. A post-closure retention period applies to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements and to handle any post-closure disputes or regulatory inquiries. During this period, your data is archived and access is restricted to authorized compliance personnel only.

8.3 Anonymization. Where retention of identifiable Personal Data is no longer required but aggregate statistical records remain useful for business analysis, jari4d will anonymize the data such that it can no longer be attributed to any identifiable individual. 15 Amendments to This Policy
