Effective Date: 1 January 2026In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily designed and marketed for players residing in Indonesia. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
2.4 Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Accounts registered by persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity will be voided.

3.1 Accurate Information. When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian bank account details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jari4d immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Company will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account.
3.4 Account Ownership. An Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. jari4d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard international compliance measure designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. The Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory identity verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank BCA, Bank BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), Bank BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Supported methods are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on jari4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposits credit to your Account instantly upon bank confirmation. Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
5.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any withdrawal will be returned to the originating payment method wherever technically possible.
5.6 No Withdrawal Fees. jari4d does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
Important: Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. Always use a payment method registered in your own name.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonus eligibility is determined on a per-promotion basis. General eligibility requires a verified Account in good standing. New-player welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time depositors who have not previously held an Account on the Platform.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page and typically range from 10× to 25× the bonus amount. Example: a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 15× wagering requirement requires Rp 7,500,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus balances that remain unused expire within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your Account.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by jari4d. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly where a technical error, system fault, or pricing discrepancy is identified.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each game or market. These limits may be adjusted individually for specific accounts where irregular or high-volume betting patterns are identified.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical malfunction resulting in erroneous odds, or where a bet was accepted in error. Decisions regarding void bets are final.
7.4 Sports Betting. Football betting — including markets on BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and international competitions including the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF — is governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Markets described as bandar bola (Indonesian term for Asian-handicap football book) follow standard Asian handicap conventions.
7.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction or connection failure during a game or bet, jari4d will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the session state from server records. Where this is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. No compensation for missed winnings arising from technical faults will be provided beyond stake return.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

10.3 Game Content. Game titles, visual assets, and mechanics provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming) remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to jari4d for display on the Platform. Users acquire no rights in such content.
11.1 Data Collection. jari4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

12.1 Platform Availability. jari4d endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
12.2 Wagering Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. jari4d accepts no liability for wagering losses incurred by players. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk and with full awareness of the potential for financial loss.
12.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jari4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jari4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. jari4d accepts no liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
13.1 Company Rights. jari4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jari4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where closure is initiated by the Company for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course before final closure is confirmed.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. 14.3 Language of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
15.1 Right to Amend. jari4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
15.2 Notification. Where amendments are material, jari4d will endeavor to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
15.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
